sunday: long very easy run 80+ mins @ 5:40+ (14+ km)
monday: strength/cross training
tuesday: extensive tempo (7 km) OR fartlek (mostly easy pace with mix of strides, hills, long tempo) 45 mins (8+ km)
wednesday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km)
thursday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km), strength/cross-training
friday: rest
saturday: short tempo 6-8x500 @ sub-4:00 (7 km)

strength would be:
- hops 2x10
- box jumps or ME SVJ 2x5
- squats 3x6-8 or weighted BSS/lunges 3x10/leg
- RDL/hypers 2x10-12 or SLRDL 2x10-12/leg
- upper push myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- upper pull myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- leg raises, holds, pallof presses

ya it was good. greatest ever (carter mix?)? dno. I was hesitant to click initially because i've seen soooo many carter mixes. it was def good tho.

I remember when I was younger & Vince was in his prime (Vinsanity era), I couldn't wait to turn on SportsCenter. Sooo many highlights.

this john jordan guy (in red) has some really sick hops.. he won the d-league dunk contest. I LOVE his reverse pump dunk, holy shit.

I'm actually one of the biggest VC fans out there, saw over 500 of his games live and bought NBA League Pass exclusively just to see him play. Also a member of the Vince Carter Online Facebook Group (not anymore since I deactivated Facebook :D ).

nice vid! what an evolution.

man.. 2016 was so legit. i still have a smile on my face thinking about it.

i've watched every dunk contest since maybe 1996 or so.. the biggest impact for me is Vince, J-Rich, Lavine, and Gordon. Those dudes made me completely lose my sh*t.

Gordon / Lavine went at each other without any gimmicks.. I don't count jumping over the mascot as a gimmick. If Gordon had just put on a cape and performed a normal dunk, gimmick. Instead these dudes tried some REAL DIFFICULT DUNKS and nailed all of em`. so epic.

On another note, Dominique could probably compete with today's dunkers.
