Does anyone else wish the NBA dunk contest was more fast paced?
Goal

windmill consistently/ touch top of the square consistently



weight= 193
height= 6'3 1/2
highest touch= top of the square, which is 11'4

yes, and people got to do more dunks..

back in the mj / dominique days, it was like a face off.. the dunk contest needs to stop being about "doing the most creative dunk" and more about doing beautiful nasty dunks.... less cupcakes/props, more rim destruction and intensity.

Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

sunday: long very easy run 80+ mins @ 5:40+ (14+ km)
monday: strength/cross training
tuesday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km)
wednesday: fartlek (mostly easy pace with mix of strides, hills, long tempo) 45 mins (8+ km)
thursday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km), strength/cross-training
friday: rest
saturday: short tempo 6-8x500 @ sub-4:00 (7 km)

strength would be:
- hops 2x10
- box jumps or ME SVJ 2x5
- squats 3x6-8 or weighted BSS/lunges 3x10/leg
- RDL/hypers 2x10-12 or SLRDL 2x10-12/leg
- upper push myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- upper pull myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- leg raises, holds, pallof presses

he he's like 6'4 or something with long arms.. his reach is probably 104" or something.

His bone structure is pretty close to dwade's:

                                    ht w/o shoes   Shoes           Span            reach
Dwyane Wade - 2003   6' 3.75"     6' 4.75"          6' 10.75"        8' 6"

His rvj is probably 53-55 in

*the thing with that dunk is that he isn't going for pure height and it isn't a pure jump like gerald green's.  He has to focus a lot of other stuff.  So his pure rvj could be as high as 57" if he just did what gerald green did
