mayweather vs maidana (good night of boxing)

Wow what a night of boxing, it was the second full ppv I ever watch instead of skipping to the good matches, both ppv being floyd main event.

Khan was good but didn't like the dirty tactics as I feel he can do better, but maybe it was his style, but he had powerful fast shots but will have to work with the endurance.

floyd vs maidana, exciting starting rounds, the crowd was crazy, maidana was able to get to him against the ropes, or did floyd allow it, but maidana was good he did a lot of body shots, i can't believe all that didn't have any affect on floyd, what is he made of.

but mayweather was also giving back, fast shots, counter, body shots, he still has the speed and don't know if he got hurt or he let it. but it was a close call but maybe because most of maidanas shot landed but a lot got blocked, never got connected to the head much.

it was hard to score but i had it close to 114 113 to floyd, rematch won't do much, but will be more popular than the first, but i don't think he will give him rematch like against dela hoya, which i saw he won, but thats my opinion.

good exciting fight.

excellent night of boxing.. What a great fight pbf/maidana was. Maidana made it ugly/dirty/brutal, which is your only chance to beat mayweather..... Nobody in the game is going to outbox him.

Damn damn damn though, mayweather jr is ridiculous.. Most (the majority) boxing purists had him winning, as did I.. Maidana's aggression was impressive but it wasn't as effective IMO, as pbf's precision/counters.. PBF's rope work was so impressive.. You could see him so comfortable on the ropes while maidana is flailing/throwing bombs, then bang a counter/combo from mayweather deadly accurate.

Very impressive performance from mw.. Wouldn't mind seeing a rematch that's for sure.

On a side note, Maidana outweight MW by nearly 20 lb.. Maidana also looked like he had endless energy.. That was a serious test for MW.

As much as I want to see MW fight etc...... I want to see THURMAN fight. Some serious up&comers now in boxing. Thurman hits soooooo hard, he's a freak. I love his motto: "I have an 0 but i'm not afraid to let it go" hah... complete opposite mentality than mayweather. Guy is willing to risk his undefeated streak in order to entertain/KO someone. Those guys are fun to watch... But the class/ability of MW is just on another level. :D

Def agree, I saw Keith vs Julio Diaz first Thurman fight I watched Mann that power and the noise that came with it and injured his ribs.

Maidana was missing a lot of overhead which looked it was aiming for the back pbf head so they were trying dirty tactics. But u are right may weather was protecting well.

I don't what different would be in rematch pbf will make it one sided I doubt rematch will happen
