« on: August 09, 2011, 10:44:03 pm »When are you weighing yourself? First thing in the morning? Post lifting? I usually weigh myself after lifting (more consistent ie no huge fluctuation from water intake) although I can start weighing myself in the morning.
in morning after poops hah..

best time to weigh imo.
