Cool, I have heard a lot about dual n back on the nootropic forums but I've never checked it out. Definitely gonna start practicing  but should probably log how good I am at the start in order to track progress.

I used to N-back a lot, but I stopped a while back. We should start an n-back thread in the journals forum and compete :D
