Well, at least we now know you had some reserve CNS available to try for a PR.

By the way - in the SL glute thrust, did you feel the hamstrings or lumbars or it was all glutes?

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to do cleans and snatches instead of "speed deadlifts"?

In a speed deadlift, you can do it faster. In a clean or a snatch, you must do it faster.

People are complaining the bar doesn't bend too much, so the weights must be fake.

:D

Seriously scooby... how many posts of good advice have you received over the YEARS and decided to completely ignore? You usually say "yeah, OK, I know" etc, and then prove the complete ignorance of said advice just a few hours (?) later by posting yet another vert guru saying this and that, and you saying you tried it and it got you injured.

I've seriously given up on you, there's no way you'll ever progress.

Yeah but maybe you need more. It sounds to me like you're describing lack of recovery, and doing MORE stuff over this will dig you into a deeper hole. If anything, cut down the volume and intensity and treat the next workout as an active recovery workout.

He took too long of a rest, guys

Haha damn, becoming a beast at bench presses aren't we?

Maybe you should give yourself a few days off, or do low volume stuff at submaximal intensities.

Anyway, your bounds don't look bad at all... at least you have some power in them etc... you haven't seen mine yet. LRLR is IMPOSSIBLE to do for me... especially since I'm a guy that doesn't like to bend the knee in the first place.

Wow, 60m x 30!

This makes me remember - I bought a handball for two footed dunking :D

Yeah I've been having these in the last few years... I guess you just reached a point of overload that you haven't reached before... if so, you're SOOOOOOO much more durable than me. I mean, you were the guy that used to stay up to what, 6-7 AM in the morning back with your grandfather?

Had some really weird shit happen to my brain today (an "electric" jolt while programming).. happened 3x. Really freaked me out. Each one happened hours apart. If it keeps happening i'm def going to need to see a doc HEH.

pc

I have these happen to me all the time. It's because of too much computer work and because of lack of sleep.
