Yeah what the hell... I was surprised. I need to re-test on a Wednesday or Friday (when I jump highest usually). I should be able to hang on the rim from a standstill, giving me like a 32" standing.

My goal is to be able to dunk 2 handed off a 100% standstill. Just measured my reach at 93" (7'9") in the middle of this post. Rim is 120" but lets say I have a 94" reach in shoes.
I need 26" to touch rim. 32" to dunk with one hand, or probably a 34" standing vert without the ball. My two hand reach is about 3-4" lower than my one hand reach. That means I need a 38" standing vert to dunk 2 handed from a standstill.
Well, currently my standing vert is about 30" but my running is 38" so that's a big difference. When I dunk 2 handed off a standstill, my running vert should be 46"

interesting! gives me hope lol. i feel like most people that are 2 foot jumpers and jump ridic high are the ones that have high calves... vince carter, jus fly, etc

I got a 400... back in freshman or sophomore year it woulda been like a 500... I've never been more motivated in my entire life than I was in those years. If I could go back in time and watch myself train, I'd be in awe.

Damn I asked the trainer and he said it was 55lbs but I dont have proof, you're right. The only reason I hate having 405lbs there is because you're At 407 lol! I weigh 200lbs with my sneakers sweatpants iPod phone and stuff with food and water in me. Nude in the morning I weigh 193. I list 200 for when I do the chins because that's what I'm actually liftin at that point.

I set it at 335lbs and it was tested the Friday before week 1, which started on Monday.
