Hm... so as an useful training means for both athleticism and fat loss, 400m runs would be "the best"?

Hey Toddday, what type of sprinter has the lowest body fat % usually in your experience? Meaning, as a general average? The 100m sprinter, the 200m sprinter, or the 400m sprinter?

Haha yeah... those videos of you jumping keep coming into my mind and keep reiterating how much you need this type of stimuli.

Keep up with the sprints... in fact, I would make them a priority if I was you. They have so much potential of teaching you how to "lock" your muscles quickly and efficiently... not to mention the explosive adaptations.

Ha, interesting... I quite hate math... I've almost forgotten all of it.

Yeah but the traffic has been lower these last few months so...

By the way - any idea where Lance is these days?

Well, it works fine. It has some periods when it's really slow... but fortunately they aren't too often...

It would be interesting to know why those periods exist, though.

Imagine being like that every day of your life, like in my case.

Yes but people (especially on the western block) really think the only thing to do for the lower legs is calf raises. On the eastern block, it's the other way around. They center almost all their training on the calves and do a TON of plyos.

alexv with the strong debunking.

Yes, completely agree.

The whole thing is OBVIOUSLY in a marketing-ladden direction... but that's not really the issue... the issue is if we can find anything valuable out of this.

Maybe one thing would be not to completely ignore the calves and barefoot training/running... as most of the people will do lately. The whole posterior chain is KING has become so obtuse in that people have become obsessed to only do stuff that increases upperleg strength and completely forget/treat it as unimportant - when it comes to the lower leg.

And then they go out on the field and apply a ton of extra power on a lower leg that is not used to that extra power. And then they wonder why they are injured.

He peaked out at ~45-46 inches in around 2000... was at 43 at draft day if you're to believe the draft guys.

I'm one of the biggest online Vince Carter fans... I've watched over 500 of his games live... even with a shitty phone connection here in Romania, even though his games started at 3 AM... nothing stopped me... it's crazy. But I've catched him after the trade to the Nets since before that I had no access to the NBA and the internet etc.

Meanwhile:
