Yeah that's what I was thinking... if I'm ever going to use them I'll use them high reps, and I was thinking about them possibly creating some imbalances but...
as long as the most effective compound exercises are your meat and potatoes, it's no problem to throw a few carrots or parsley into the mix.

this is not an extreme, THERE IS STILL MORE ROM LEFT.. GET A LITTLE DEEPER GUYS, ELEVATE THE FRONT FOOT AND BACK FOOT AND LET YOUR NUTS HIT THE FLOOR IN A FRONT SPLIT VAN DAMME STYLE.
what measurable improvements have you seen doing these? i see people trying them all the time and they just waste their time..
