3-5 sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 8
full dips: BW x 8
ssbar parallel squat: 125 lb. x 20

standing barbell curl: 55 lb. x 20
standing barbell overhead press: 55 lb. x 17
nice!!!
house was shaking tonight.. apparently when pratt & whitney (12 miles away) tests fighter jet engines, it's pretty insane. i hear they do it infrequently and only for a few hours, unless we're at war (ie gulf level), then they test much more often.
seems like some serious power.
they make F135 engines, among other things. major there, apparently.
