11/27/13 Wednesday BW=159.4
AM b-ball 1.5 hours
bench 5x165, 5x195, 3x7x205
calf raise 220# 3x20
pull up wide grip BW 3x12
dips BW 3x30
I played basketball on monday and wednesday this week and that was overdoing it as my back is sore today.
Last sunday night my back was feeling 90%, and this afternoon I felt about 25%
I plan on getting some rest over the holiday and seeing how it goes.
