9-9-13 Monday BW=159.8
b-ball 1.5 hours
9-10-13 Tuesday BW=159.8
jump squat 5x45, 5x95
squat 3x185, 1x225, 1x245, 5x225, 5x235, 5x245, 3x245
barbell lunge 5x155, 5x175, 5x195
ab wheel roll out 2x20
My legs were still sore from Saturday's workout when I played b-ball bright and early Monday AM, and
unexpectedly my RVJ was an easy 34". Totally effortless. While this is still not to PR level never has this level of performance come so easily. I feel like I am due to ratchet up one more notch.
Time to get back in b-ball shape and progress.
