9/14/13 Saturday BW=159.4
jump squat 5x45, 5x95.
squat 3x185, 1x225, 1x245, 1x255, 1x265, 8x255 MSEM
bench 10x135, 10x155, 10x175, 10x185
ab wheel roll out 1x20
Played b-ball on Wednesday and Friday. Couple more weeks of playing 3x a week and I will be in shape again.
I definitely have not regressed as much as I though I would have cardio wise.
My short term goal is to get my squat to 5x265.
More work to do, but I feel motivated.
