A bit sore and my knee is still a bit wonky, but it feels like progress.

AM b-ball starts this friday, and that should knock me down in order to build back up.

My 1rm has been 250#'s my whole adult life with little or no real work. Doesn't seem to matter if I weigh 180 or 160.

My squat has been a constant struggle on the other hand.  :(

Been on vacation, so now real workouts to log

I did some jumps on Monday.
