squat 5x135, 5x185, 5x205, 4x225
calf raise 180# 3x20
gravity boots 3x25
still healing up. a bit better every day.
Loaded up a bit more weight on the squat rack tonight, although I employed a weight belt for the first time.
Seemed to be helpful, and actually felt pretty good to squat with.
