Tweaked my lower back on satuday.
I have not played b-ball this week, I've been trying to take it easy.
Started feeling better tonight. been stretching, so I decided to go for some light squats.
Turns out that was a bad idea. definitely re-flared it.
So much for progress. Time for regression and healing.
