CLE got too comfortable to end this 3rd. 10 pt lead, LEBRON sitting.

Korver gets it to back to 13.

I don't think anyone on the board is doing speed training at the moment

lol?

Well I know you ran that 200 the other day but no ones really training for it other than that.. oh an i guess scooby is but its kind of a new development so i forgot

right but one person training speed isn't "no one" :f

plus (edit: seifullaah, thanks LBSS - smh @ myself)/Mutumbo/acole/you/undoubtable etc train sprints.

and as far as my 200m goes, it's part of my goals for 2018. My 200m goal is <= 25.99. Building speed & distance isn't that easy, but that's what i'm trying to do, improve the entire spectrum. Three hours of hills may not look like speed training, but it is. :ninja:

speed day!

slept in today .. 11 hours. amazing what "adequate" sleep does to my calves. Note to self: don't get less than 8 hours. Need to slowly fix that again. NBA playoffs have wrecked it a bit.

Rozier hit another big 3.

Rozier is ballin`. Really love watching him play. He's just rugged. Nothing fancy, just aggressive.

24 May 2018

Bodyweight@session : ???
Soreness : traps, arms, minor
Injuries/aches : none

1½ hours full court basketball.
Incredible fitness improvement! Couldn't believe it, totally different feeling. Better breaths, faster recovery, everything better.
Not so unexpected: I haven't played for 3 weeks, while in between i went running 5 times ( 29km ).
Fitness FTW!  :ibrunning: :ibrunning: :ibrunning:

lmao nice!@$!@$

yea, running/sprinting related fitness improvements are awesome.

Still that's just scratching the surface of running. Can't wait to dig deeper, already planning to include shorter interval sprints and longer relaxed runs.

LEBRON is such a tank. Incredible how many calls he DOESNT get. He whines way too much but, he gets calls like SHAQ. Shaq would get battered, no call. Just a different standard for SHAQ and LEBRON. Or am I wrong?
