I agree with Lakers...

The lower a % your whatever squat is (2x in this case) of your 1RM, the faster you'll usually move it.

ok put up a video of you doing a 365 pound squat, and those are 3 very clean reps. look at the angle of his legs, at a 90 degree angle, as says so in? arnold schwarteznegger's bodybuilding encyclopedia.

Trust me, those were true NIGGERS. Like, the definition of that word. That word may not be warranted to black people, but it sure is warranted for these guys. Fuck'em. >:(

welcome to the forum! great videos, great training, been following your training on youtube for a while now, impressive.

where do you get your guidance on training? was it coaching growing up, school track & field coaching, or just being self taught (researching holm/others training methods)? I get a "self taught" vibe, which is impressive if that is the case.

what's your single leg running vert at right now?

anyway keep it up,

peace

Thanks :D

I have a coach who helps me with the trainingprogramme. But it's more like something we're doing together. (He's not a dictator) :P
It's a combination of his knowledge and mine. So some of it is self taught, and a some come from him :)

I don't know what my running single leg vert is at the moment, I've never tested it. But I'll try to convince my school to buy a vertec/vert mat ;)

That's great, the best thing you can have is to have a coach who's a good pedagog (understands human behavior and is a friend, not just a coach). To the people I know at the track, those with the best results are having this combination going on. Oh, and the people who get the best results are usually not morons. Only genetically gifted morons can survive... but they still end up doing something stupid so...

Have you tried touching a basketball rim or net? That would give your vert a aproximate number but close nonetheless.

Glenn Pendlay, EXCELLENT progression into full snatch.

http://www.californiastrength.com/olwete.html

The first and second videos, of the high hang position into snatch, is very very beneficial to athletes, especially jumping athletes, without having to get into much technical difficulty at all.

Oh boy, these are GOLD! :highfive:

level-7 is so real.. i don't think i've ever run so fast in my life.

check speed tomorrow...see if that shit worked.

don't know if it has a delayed stim, doubt it, but we'll see.. the only good thing is that i was playing a song while it happened, so hopefully it built a bridge between that song and level-7.

Try it a few times more if it didn't work this time. Just make sure they use fake bullets and you don't know it.

WTFFFFFFFF ... did you talk to the cops or anything? Would you recognize the unmasked guy's face? I mean wtf? How far away from home you were? Fucking niggars! :uhhhfacepalm:

my saving did train me

That was funny... if there's anything funny in such a story. Damn, you need to be careful next time... it's not smart to continue with the same schedule and itinerary...

Yes but a brick is governed by the laws of chemistry, the chemistry is governed by the laws of physics and the physics are governed by the laws of maths. So basically, I'm governed by the laws of maths which makes me unfailable. QED.

And for what it's worth. Nutrition, like all real science, has it's roots in exact and mathematical processes.

Well yeah, that's exactly what I said, don't get all defensive on me! :ninja:

Maths at it's best. Who cares about somatic types, genes, metabolisms, body temperature, activity, all that crap? It's maths baby, maths!

Biology has a huge amount of logic and maths in it.

Then how come such a huge amount is compressed by Sean into "just eat well and you'll have a great body". He treats nutrition like the end all be all of training. Much much overrated in my opinion.

that just looks really fucking stupid to me

I think they CAN be beneficial if you do them right, but there are alternatives (like hip thrusts).

Don't worry,  :personal-record: does't mean pathologic research. That's reserved only for me.

not funny... NOT funny :uhhhfacepalm:

Don't scare this girl away with your weirdness :-X

I think she's much smarter than to get "scared" by some stupid comments. I mean, funny comments.

The real funny thing is - I was using her videos to show a guy from another town good explosiveness on the snatch.
