ok put up a video of you doing a 365 pound squat, and those are 3 very clean reps. look at the angle of his legs, at a 90 degree angle, as says so in? arnold schwarteznegger's bodybuilding encyclopedia.

welcome to the forum! great videos, great training, been following your training on youtube for a while now, impressive.
where do you get your guidance on training? was it coaching growing up, school track & field coaching, or just being self taught (researching holm/others training methods)? I get a "self taught" vibe, which is impressive if that is the case.
what's your single leg running vert at right now?
anyway keep it up,
peace
Thanks
I have a coach who helps me with the trainingprogramme. But it's more like something we're doing together. (He's not a dictator)
It's a combination of his knowledge and mine. So some of it is self taught, and a some come from him![]()
I don't know what my running single leg vert is at the moment, I've never tested it. But I'll try to convince my school to buy a vertec/vert mat
Glenn Pendlay, EXCELLENT progression into full snatch.

The first and second videos, of the high hang position into snatch, is very very beneficial to athletes, especially jumping athletes, without having to get into much technical difficulty at all.
level-7 is so real.. i don't think i've ever run so fast in my life.
check speed tomorrow...see if that shit worked.
don't know if it has a delayed stim, doubt it, but we'll see.. the only good thing is that i was playing a song while it happened, so hopefully it built a bridge between that song and level-7.
my saving did train me
And for what it's worth. Nutrition, like all real science, has it's roots in exact and mathematical processes.
Well yeah, that's exactly what I said, don't get all defensive on me!
Maths at it's best. Who cares about somatic types, genes, metabolisms, body temperature, activity, all that crap? It's maths baby, maths!
Biology has a huge amount of logic and maths in it.

Don't worry, does't mean pathologic research. That's reserved only for me.
not funny... NOT funny
Don't scare this girl away with your weirdness
