Did jumps yesterday and walked a couple of miles. Now that I am down to high school weight, I feel awesome.
Jumping as good off concrete now as I do off hardwood. Can't wait to get on a hardwood b-ball court.

I vote your SVJ would got up a few inches with practice. Your jumps look solid and strong but not overly reactive. I feel your pain in the fast-twitch dept. In fact your run up and plant looks damn familiar .

I did a ton of walking today. I need to use a pedometer so I can at least get an idea of mileage.
Felt like crap on lifts today. Hit 230x12 last week and could only push 245x4 tonight. I need more sleep or something?

It will be nice to not have to wait for the squat rack behind ladies doing TRX push ups and dudes that use it as a curl station.
