good point. I am tripping over kids over here, but they are too big and I would not reach proper depth.

Hit my wall on Friday. body was not willing and neither was body. Tried anyway but by the time I finished 1x280 on my warm up, I got pinned hard with 270 on first work set.

stopped my workout there.
going to back off and try again. short term goal is 4x270 and 300# atg.
