2/19/12 Sunday BW=175.6
pogo hops 3x8
depth drops 24" 3x6
squat 5x185, 2x225, 1x255, 1x280, 4x270, 7x240, 7x240
ham curl 140# 3x7
seated toe raisers 70# 3x10
on squat today 4x270. That should equal 300# 1rm. Big milestone for me.
Seems like it has been 1 step forward, 2 steps back under the bar for the last year. Injuries/illness halt progress. Don't need anymore of that.
