Getting back into raising my 1RM in squat.
Mixed rep range seems to be helping at the end of week 2, Feeling stronger. also been drinking a ton of water.
How may weeks can I keep adding 10lbs a week?

feeling great, getting good sleep, eating clean. Weights feels great at the moment.
going after Dreyth's mixed rep range on this schedule.

b-ball league tonight. brutal defeat. good for the lungs bad for the soul.
Didn't drink enough water today and felt it on the court. will not make that mistake again!
