9/17/11 Saturday BW=169.4
pogo hops 3x6
jump squats 75# 3x6
deadlift 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 5x235
BSS 40# 3x8
standing calf raise 90# 3x10
p90x abs
Wasted after Tuesday's w/o. either got the flu or totally wreaked myself, either-way was not looking forward to today.(still could barely walk on Friday)
keep it light and simple I have not had dead lifts or BSS in the rotation for a long time. Extra punishing.
