pogo hops 3x8
jump squats 90# 3x5
depth jumps 24" 3x5
squats 5x185, 5x225, 5x225
pull up BW 3x8
been stretching well since mondays w/o. legs super sore. I haven't done calf raises for months since I sprained my ankle. first time back on, and I am feeling it. plan on going for records on Sundays or Mondays. pull back for second w/o on Thursday or Friday. hit MSEM every third week or so....amd finally get a rep above 300#s up.
