8/27/11 Saturday BW=169.2
pogo hops 3x8
squat 5x185, 3x225, 1x250
jumps and dunks ~ 35
haven't made it to the weight room a second time this week due to life. jumped on Friday and today and getting up good. Left ankle still can't stabilize high force well, but jumping great off right foot (slrvj). Want to get to #165 and maintain strength+ jump more.
