ab circuit

Felt good tonight, warmed up and was ready to hit some PR's on MSEM squats, get through an easy 6x255, but could feel gas in my gut. to the locker room to crap part of my lower intestines out. back to the squat rack about 10min later and could barely get another 2 reps @255 :(
On a positive note 20 rep MBEM is getting much better, should be up to BW soon!  :strong:

Full court basketball for 2 hours. My legs and lungs are alot better. Game is coming back also guess it's like riding a bike.

Thanks man! MEBM is def helping almost felt good the next day after last session.

1/30/11
Did a jump/ 9' dunk session today. tested SVJ and hit 117.5", minus my 90" reach and thats 27.5" standing.  :ibjumping:
That is up 1.5" since 12/12/10. down about 4-5 pounds since then also.
I am only off about .5" from my 2009 best of 28" and still about 7-8 pound heavier. lots of room for improvement!

The MSEM makes me feel great after the workout. I just looked back and a little over a month ago I could only rep 265#'s once.
Tonight I hit 10 reps @255 MSEM. major PR for me. I am shooting to test my SVJ on saturday.

That what I have been eating. feeling good and best of all finally dropping off a bit. I hate you BTW Andrew.

Busy life with work, kids and wife, which means I have a propensity to eat crappy + now that I am in my 30's I gain weight alot easier. I feel the best at 170-172 so that is where I am shooting. I am 5'10" but totally wasted height more like a 5'7" guy with a super long torso and neck, truth be told I need to be more like 165 to reach the zen cheetah level.

today BW=179.2  :personal-record:  in the last year at least.

Played some b-ball for a few hours tonight. sore from yeasterdays weights but making a comeback!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
