i'm impressed. i've seen him being interviewed several times, would never have guessed he's athletic.. that's what you get from judging a book by the cover tho.

I remember a couple of years ago going for a run on these little side roads and all these people shouting out to me, tons of them, just cheering me on, encouraging me. They have no idea who I am or what I’m doing there. .. kicked it in the head .. thing hobbled off looking at me all sad - then laid down in the grass.. i apologized to the owner, owner said no it's my fault - apologized to me.. my foot hurt for ~10 minutes or so.. when i got home, my dogs kept smelling the instep of my right foot.. hopefully there wasn't any brain matter on my foot.
