sup.. havent really been active on a forum since tvs, went away to college on a ball scholarship so spent most of my time either doing school, stuff ball related or partying...

anyway bunch of stuff happened (no sense going into detail on the internet) , not playing ball or going to school anymore.. back home, just working and lifting and figuring out what do with my life lol.

anyway i follow jim wendlers 5/3/1 template for main lifts and then depending on how i feel that day do whatever i want for assistance lifts (main reason why i like this program)

here was today's workout....

box squat

working sets

5x10 @ 225

single leg leg curl superset with straight leg deadlift
3x12 @ 80 lbs  3x15 95 lbs

abs/low back kinda just fucked around with this should take it more seriously

cardio - 12 , 15 second sprints on 8 incline.

Hey Guys I just have a few questions about my summer training

1. Water Plyometrics

I did my first workout of them today 3x10 jumps (ass touches toes then explode up), 3x10 pistol squat jumps. Compared to doing it on the grass, doing it in the water put little stress on my knees (jumpers knee) and my legs still felt like they got a good workout.
My question is has anybody else done this and if so do you have a program you followed

2. Squatting using my bench as my rack
I dont have a rack since im not in the city, but i do have a bench. Has anybody used there bench to squat? im guessing rack the bar get under it and then stand up.. Itd be easier if i was shorter...

Also does anybody have any jump rope routines ?

I have had it for about a year now..

Ive been doing TKE 3x a week. Seems to be helping but the pain is still there. I wear the knee straps when i play and that does help.

Anybody battle this before? Eliminate the problem ? My verts gone down about 8-9 inches...
