Really bad DOMS mostly in the glutes and hamstrings. Played roughly ~2 hours of basketball but my right knee was flaring up. It seems that ever since I included leg press to my workout, this knee issue has become worse. Icing for now. :uhhhfacepalm:

what type of leg press is it? I hear alot of ppl hurting themselves from leg press and they do it correctly...I don't like that ish, but you don't got many options....totally sucks



Ugh ye Step Ups, Lunges, Deadlifts, and Front Squats. I have no issues with them so far. Just going to push more basketball and reduce leg workout to one time a week instead of two.

Ok so I might need to recover..got some painful injuries brahs...feel like a pussy

Don't know what to do while i'm hurt here is list of all pain

Injured:
ankle:not that bad..just annoying
groin: don't need to mess around with this, just feel like it's tight and I sorta hurt it during warmups in the meet....not good :(
shoulder: serious, got this yesterday when i was cleaning.. I started lifting today with some serious pain

Shoulder was seriously painful..i mean i thought about going to hospital but it got better..when i did arm swing with large ROM it was making a noise :( :(

started push press: pain is the main word :( 2x4 bar and 65lbs

bench: fought through pain to get this done, did 3x5 @ 135..not as strong as last bench session

pullups: 3xmax 10, 6,7


need some help guys..coach said i'm going to meet Saturday :) :) sooo happy about that :)

don't know what to do...should I go heavy squats tomorrow...I have a plan of doing doing heavy lower leggs Wednesday that way I can go hard, and lift hard upper body thursday

WIll that work lance/adarq?

If you are injured, why are you trying to push through the pain. You are only going to make things worse. Just rest it breh.

-Some static stretches, foam rolling, and skip rope after workout.
-Overall workout was nice, but the slight knee pain has me worried. Might drop leg press for front squats soon.
