It's nice you started working with Unix, Lisp, GNU and so on. I've been wanting to get into Linux work for some time, but only grazed the basics and never really started to do advanced stuff.

About the fact that Lisp is one of the oldest programming languages, I have two books about Fortran (oldest) and Cobol (third oldest) that belong to my dad who used to code hardcore 40 years ago :))

Keep logging this stuff, it's interesting.

PS: I still am kinda sad you stopped training.

I had the some problem from some allergy, i took Claritine and it went away

I've never seen Kadour jump off two feet or do a svj, so it's pretty obvious he is a tendon jumper, couple that with his core, low weight/low bf, and some strength and there you have it.

When he came to Romania he was able to do pistol squats incredibly easy. Also he jumps almost the same without warm-up as he does after 1 hour of dunking.

This is my entry. It's in the main basketball Arena in Bucharest (Capital of Romania) where 2 first division clubs and the national team play, so it's pretty obvious the rim is 10 feet.

I'm 6"5' and i reach 8"3'

some old measurements http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7ctxjo0Evk&list=UUeGTZvnL9PoY6gg9AvlBZMA&index=86&feature=plcp

sucks nightfly ;/

vince i wouldnt be able to dunk thats for sure.

yes raptor is correct, i got chased on foot but i smoked the dude thanks to my half squatting, sprints, and jumps.. plus they shot at me.

nothing has gotten into me.. i have no anger to feed off anymore so im unable to train, and ive gone so long at this point without training (what is it like 3 months now, which is an eternity for me) that i'm basically retired lmfao :F

im just chillin now.

What about your promise? :( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ed5VRE0lOXU

Stopping training and not keeping your promise is highly demotivational...

if my cessation of training demotivates someone, that's on them, not me. i did what i did, i worked as hard as possible, but when you lose your love for something, you move on to something else. it's impossible to train for something if it becomes boring & pointless for whatever reason. at least that's how i look at it.

me losing my love for dunking/power training shouldn't effect someone elses love for their training. if it does, that's weird.

pC

Not the fact that you per se lost your love is what is demotivational, it's the fact that if one of the more dedicated individuals i've had the opportunity to watch and talk to can be made to give up what he loves so quickly, then what if something really bad would happen, would i be able to go through it? Would i be able to carry on? That's the problem bothering me, it's everyone's choice to do whatever they want, but it's just sad you're not into any kind of training at all lately...

My request is that if you dunk in a FIBA/NCAA/High School, etc official gym on the main rims you shouldn't have to measure them...

Happy new year Darq! What are you cookin' us for 2012?

thanks nightfly same to you man.. not much really, i have absolutely nothing planned right now, enjoying retirement lmao.. how bout you? peace

Why retire man? :( You're one of my idols, I can't have my idol retire can I? You should forget about any bullshit you've been through and go hard again. Remember, training saved your life once, it may again!
Me? I've had the worst new year's in a long time, mainly due to my ex-girl who did some horrible stuff, and now i'm doing a lot of work in vain for school... But I still gotta go hard.
