Just from a basic engineering focus, two supports acting together are actually stronger than 2 - single supports acting alone.  So, if one can hold 10 tons, 2 can hold 21 tons (for example).

Now, single leg training can activate a lot more stabilizing muscles in the core and the rest of the body than normal lifts.  Since balance is usually the limiting factor, single leg training seems harder.  Next workout, see if you can dead lift 50% of your 1rm.

does it say "Fleshlight" at the very end of the video?  hahaha, just adding to the awkwardness! :headbang: :headbang:

they weren't that weak, two handers on 9'9 is pretty close to one handers on 10'.

your cam looks very good too man, watching the lifting vid right now, great quality.

peace!

Thanks bro.  I think Raptor's right though, 10 lbs would make a big difference!  I don't think I'd lose any strength either.

Nice man, lifting vid looks good too!

Muchas Gracias!  I'm diggin the new camera.  I need a little base for it because it's a pain in the ass to balance the camera all the time.

You look heavy (as in high bodyfat)... you probably could jump higher with less fat.

Yeah, I'm working on it! :uhhhfacepalm:

Not quite.  About 9'9" at the lowest part of the rim.  My driveway slopes away from the rim, so at the free throw line it's 10' but at the back of the rim it's like 9'9".  Front is about 9'10".

That was pretty sweet.  It's nice to hear these amazing athletes say they struggle with training just like everyone else, I like what Haile Gerbrselassie said about the secret to success being to not miss a training session.  It's amazing how being committed to a program will get results.  Just keep coming back, good day or bad day, just keep coming back.

We use boss because epic is overused. (And it's true meaning is drastically diluted when people use it for everything they do)

Plus, old words are the best

Ahhh, hard to argue with that.  +1 to my boy Zetz.  The round is yours.

You're entire youtube barage is filled by Rick Ross clips and songs.  Is a coincidence that his name rhymes with Boss and that's why half his songs have it in there?  Also, who the hell still listens to Rick Ross.  Wasn't he quasi popular in like 06?

BTW, I love how this thread has shifted into a discussion of pop culture slang terms.  LOL, just sayin...
