yeah, you do. and i say that as someone whose progress has been snail-paced. you do. keep grinding.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

I'm in to deep to stop the grind. It just seems like with conditioning, strength, reactivity, mobility, recovery, nutrition, injury, motivation, something always gives and holds me back a bit. Plus I have a ton of excuses!  ;)

Felt locked in again, good way to start the new year. Also I feel re-energized. I ran out of time to do anything else aside form some negative muscle ups and tucked ring rows in between sets.

Already eating better this year and down a couple pounds. Seems like a perform best in between 160-165#'s. For the new year just adding weight to the paused squat and barbell lunge.
Felt locked in and extra solid on barbell work today and gained a few reps for the first time in a bit. Ready for a couple more pounds on the bar. progress!
I'm not getting where I need to go with the upper body weight work, so it is getting cut out. This should ease the low t worn out feeling that has been getting worse.
I have been having a lot of fun working through gymnastic progressions on the rings. no doubt just getting better at these will provide upper body stimulation.

Was well rested last week, squats felt super solid. This week I am back playing ball and squats feel heavy and awkward.
Seems like there are not enough days in the week for recovery. Plus it feels like I am barely doing anything and still come out wasted.
I have it in my head if I push any harder I am coming out of it injured. All mental?

didn't get a chance to lift this weekend. Went out when it was late on sunday and warmed up, once I knew there was no chance I was going to make progress I called it a day. Things went a little better today. The MSEM squat is helping get reps in when It feels like I need to drop weight by 40#'s to lift.
