does not compute.
I squat with high bar position. I have long legs and a short torso, which makes it harder to squat. On the other hand i have long arms for my height along with the short torso so that makes deadlifting easier. Before i started focussing on increasing my vertical a few months ago i rarely put any attention into training legs.
