resistance bands, front squats, and the RVJ

Lately, i bought some resistance bands on ebay for just $18.  They are 50lb resistance which is perfect.  The reason is b/c the have aesthetic flaws like chalky surfaces etc...

I realize that it has helped me in getting the 90% + RM weights up smoother and faster.

Regarding front squats, it is great for jumping posture and lower back strength.  The toughest part with front squat is keeping a solid lower back, it is a lot easier on the quads.

Regarding the RVJ, i do a lot better with a SVJ or 3 step RVJ then a true RVJ.  Not sure how those blacks (mostly) like tdub or jusfly just runs up there jumps 50+inches.  they must have kangaroo genes.

I really didn't mean that last comment.  I was kind of drunk.  From now on, I am done with alcohol.  It serves me no good for training, and I am unable to just enjoy a few drinks.
