Boston is going to run out of gas midseason without Hayward imo, just puts so much more pressure on tatum, brown and co when he's out. Marcus smart looks so tough this year, might be most improved player of the year.

But boston is still going to be tough, they still have morris that can fill in for hayward, who's prob done for the season tbh.....

Cavs are going to be tough but though people say lebron is still in his prime, i disagree. His skills/experience is at his prime, but his lateral speed is really not there like before.... his explosiveness is still there as well obv..... but lateral speed is so important on defense..... u can't always expect to make up for it with chase down blocks.....

Lebron definitely looked "older" last night, which is still nuts considering how good he played. But, that could be related to his ankle .. he could have been extra cautious. We'll see like 10 games in, but last night had me finally seeing some "aging". I personally hope it's just the ankle.

I'm watching the game right now, didn't have time to watch last night......

I felt he was slower laterally all last year, such as staying in front of defenders while not totally set, but i mean this guy could literally play in the NBA until he's 55 yrs old lol.... Even when he's 40, he'll be able to do a lot, just cause of his skill/size

It was Lebron's fault tbh, he got to the alley oop a bit late even though he read the situation precisely and sorta close lined Gordon against jae crowder

 :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

You mean to tell me that Lebron didn't hit him in the air, and that he would have just fell back in the air anyway?

NBA is so bad about calling fouls on chase down blocks and these kinds of plays.....

Come on Vag, you don't seem so sharp sometimes tbh.....

man between NFL and NBA lately, the injuries are just too much.. everyone is getting severely injured.

i'm injury phobic also, so this stuff isn't helping my psyche.

jeremy lin's reaction is just gut wrenching imho.. you can really see he is like "holy fucking shit", in shock, trying to grasp what just happened, then realizes he's seriously wrecked, and breaks down.

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/21076172/brooklyn-nets-guard-jeremy-lin-ruptures-patellar-tendon

that has to be a gruesome injury ... patellar tendons are so damn strong, you never hear of them rupturing.

I hope it was just some freak accident and not amplified by potential cortisone/injections in his tendon.. :/

I've never heard of ruptured patellar tendon as injury, i've heard of achilles, but patellar? strange, his season def over and his career is taking a hit with this for sure.....

Man Drose almost had another crazy injury but he got up fine, landed really awkward...... man Cleveland looks pretty strong to be able to go to Milwaukee which has always been a tough place to play vs Giannis and company..... and win commandingly.

Drose is helping cleveland so much wow..... has some insane drives tat suck in the defense and cleveland got so many launchers......

lol Golden state down 10 pts in the 1st quarter, already 0-1

and they def don't have an easy schedule this year, they might have the toughest schedule.... every road team they go to will be waiting for em and playing all out against em.....
