Yeah, I could dunk on a 9' rim, too...

You could learn a thing or three about editing techniques from that guy, though  ;)
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

- Avishek

sunday: long very easy run 80+ mins @ 5:40+ (14+ km)
monday: strength/cross training
tuesday: extensive tempo (7 km) OR fartlek (mostly easy pace with mix of strides, hills, long tempo) 45 mins (8+ km)
wednesday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km)

ya that's why i had "dunker" in quotation marks :D not sure if it's 10', most of his footage looks on lower rim like 9'6-9'8 or something.. but ya he is ripped as fuck.

btw, i don't edit videos much because i like just raw footage.. no music.. not much effects :D i occasionally do edit some vids and they rape that guy's vid, u mothrufkrr

Looks like his vertical to me is more in the high 20's range, but that might be camera angle. The rim looks to be 9 ft to me lol
Lazy kid. Doesn't take training as extreme/serious as most of adarq.org

Yes, the angles are ridiculous and the camera-man sucks ass bigtime!
But at 0:28 the cam is steady , you can get a good idea of rim height and jumping ability there...

Well, I don't think there even was a cameraman. It looked like he just left it on the floor
Yeah I think I see it now, his vert's not actually that bad compared to me anyways..
