im subscribed to both, but somehow missed rutger's 500 DL, that is insane.. props to that kid he works damn hard.

i actually missed the rutgersdnker one also somehow even though i'm subscribed, i actually just searched his username cause i wanted to talk to him about the national record he's gonna beat in the squat and possibly deadlift also on july 31st at a powerlifting meet for 165 lbs and i saw the vid

this guy is fucking ridiculous too, so strong relative to his bodyweight

It requires a good pain threshold, but not much grip strength really.

I have no idea but he must be up there. His Powerlifting (IPF) records are:

Squat: 936lbs
Bench: 628lbs
Deadlift: 896lbs

These where all set before he competed in strongman though. He certainly is a beast though.
