forgot to link this yesterday. i dont even know what pins im using but depth is good for my half squatting off pins..

anyway, 275 x 5 rested-max, no food prior or anything.. so pretty good lift imo.

about to go for 305 x 5 rested-max.. that'd be a huge PR.

soreness = 0
aches/injuries = 0, still sick slightly better

diet = 5 hardboiled eggs + 1 habanero, 6 eggs scrambled + 2 habanero + 1 cheese in tortilla wrap

2 sessions of 275 x 5 rested-max

light bball work at night, did some dribble up dunks and some weak lobs, some nice jumps off one leg... legs were def jello but man i was flying for how shitty i felt, and the effort i gave...

gonna be skying at 130, t-dub status.

i actually cried today.. havn't cried in years.. i didn't know so many people hated what i do.. all i do is put out videos, because i love jumping/dunking, and i love showing people what i do to improve it.. i love trying to motivate others..

and all i get in return, from bodybuilding.com, t-nation.com, and startingstrength.com, is cyber bullying, insults, negative comments on my videos, dislikes on my videos, hate emails, etc..

i never thought any of this would actually lead to me breaking down and crying but it did..

i don't know what's getting into me, perhaps i'm getting soft? like jc's penile issues?

i'm not sure... all i do know is, i had one of those "gasping for air" cries.. and it's got me in a pretty depressed state.. and im not mocking depression one bit it's a serious illness/situation.

anyway im done with forums.

thanks alot man... about that........ i'm looking for a new start in life and was wondering if i could bunk with you in your dorm @ OSU? no homo of course..

would really mean alot to me.. plus we can train vert and i'd love to get footage of me dunking WITHOUT it being set on a tripod.. i'd love some action shots with handheld cam and perhaps even some schroederesque manual accommodating resistance on my squat and bench.
