aches/injuries = 0, still sick slightly better
diet = 5 hardboiled eggs + 1 habanero, 6 eggs scrambled + 2 habanero + 1 cheese in tortilla wrap
2 sessions of 275 x 5 rested-max
light bball work at night, did some dribble up dunks and some weak lobs, some nice jumps off one leg... legs were def jello but man i was flying for how shitty i felt, and the effort i gave...
