Here a coach would take only elite athletes to train. Why bother with people that don't have a great genetic ceiling (however that is being described by the coach - they all look for long legs, young age, etc). This for elite level coaching.

Otherwise, to take your money and say "ok, do 2 laps and 10 pushups and puke" - that can be done by pretty much everybody. I'm tired of "coaches", they're such fucking idiots.

Interesting program but where do you fit all that humongous volume???

I would need days to recover after one of those workouts alone.

What about front squats or leg presses? (high volume)

In fact, it came into my mind right now to do partial ROM leg presses, but the other way around - from full depth to parallel and back to full depth. I wonder what would happen in terms of soreness and where.

Foxes are just amazing. They're a combination of cats and dogs. In fact, I see crows and ravens as "flying foxes" in a way - same kind of sneakiness.

I can't respond in any way. Impossible to determine. At least you know "something" is happening in the glutes, some metabolic stress or whatever.

I used to jump well with glute soreness because feeling that pain would make me more aware of the glutes and was able to better squeeze them voluntarily, because I would get some feedback on the amount of tension I could generate.

This guy reminds me of myself, with his jumping technique, because he uses almost straight arms in the armswing.

Honestly, I'm glad. Whenever a fucking flopper like Flopobili doesn't get his way, I celebrate with joy.

Sure, it was a foul, but I'm not upset at all :D , people like Flopobili, Anderson Flopejao, James Flopper etc make me hate basketball, so if they get hit, fouled, and it doesn't get called, that's a reason for celebration and infinite happiness.

Absolutely. Go for it. Heck, I would even use them as main lifts.

Yeah, did you solve your issues with your wife? I think I saw a few good pictures on Facebook.

Reiterating this for the 100th time - the dumbbell BBS I found out to be the BEST glute-soreness-giving exercise in existence, to me. Absolutely tremendous glute soreness. Not sure why, but it is like that.
