Thanks !

Might play national 1st division in my own country next year, haven't made any college plans, see how it goes.

Anyone else here got some highlights of themselves playing ball?

Might make a good thread you know.

'Sup, been a while.

- Made a hightlight reel of my last season:
http://www.adarq.org/forum/pics-videos-links/jard's-highlighttape/new/#new

- Close to getting my university degree.

- Got a lot bigger.

- Ankle injury is doing well, might have some bone spurs that are keeping me from being 100% though.

-About to start training for basketball again, logging that sh!t.

'Sup.

Been a while.

Busy nursing my ankle, long story, at about 80% right now, dunking again, even off of two feet.

Meanwhile, since I still don't have a club due to the injury, I made a couple highlighttapes to send out to coaches/teams.
I'd like to share 'em on the site that helped me get a lot better:

Lookin great on that last video b,

keepin my eye on you.

Powelifting, definitely.

If you had to choose between the two, try powelifting first, then do decathlon.
Much easier transition and you won't have to regain all that muscle you're going to have to lose if you would choose decathlon first.

Go get it!

The mind and body feed off of each other for a great deal.
Neglecting either one would be making )#*%& excuses.

You still eatin' right/anorexic b?

Keep at it and btw, please don't create any kind of AI that will destroy the world, k?
