I found myself on your journal and have to applaud the organization and detail of this journal. You, my friend, are a well adjusted individual and I applaud your journal and lifting routine.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=386egDAe9fo" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=386egDAe9fo</a>

Filipino is my guess as well.

P.S. I just found out phillippino is supposed to be spelled Filipino for no reason.

Well, seems like all the athletes with me in FB just benched and did no other strong upper body lift and it caused their shoulders/chest area to go forward. Evening out the shoulders is just a balance kinda thing.

Hope you get better. Maybe we could compete on track times since we are probably both a little rusty. First one to get back to sub 11.4 wins :)

I recommend getting 24/7 gyms. For instance, there are multiple Cardinal Fitnesses in Indiana. Cardinal Fitness has locations all throughout the midwest of the US. I used to go to this one near my house and I'm pretty sure a trucker lifts there late at night. That's where I got the idea essentially.

That way, whenever you arrive in a new destination, they might be open nearby. I say 24/7 because typically these are big chains that have multiple locations and usually have the correct equipment and tone of seriousness. Strip malls gyms sometimes work because they have free weight section and that's all you really need unless you're doing plyos/sprints.

Most of these large chains are only 10 dollars a month. So getting 2-3 is not a huge deal cost wise.

Just a thought.

i was not clear. i am going to be in afghanistan and then tajikistan. 24 hour gyms are not an option.

Now imagine your problem is getting into this pool. This is me trying to solve your problem LBSS

thats your whole day gone plus 3.5 hours taken of next day.
thats crazy!

plus 8.5 hours of time difference. so i leave tomorrow at 5 PM and get in friday at 7 AM.

7AM, Perfect. The gyms are open at both times  :wowthatwasnutswtf:  :ibsquatting: :wowthatwasnutswtf:

I just got to Connecticut to start enjoying employment and the wonderful home of my Aunt and Uncles (really, really insanely nice area. Famous people live near and stuff, I'm like a hobo in comparision) but we are traveling next week to Haiti for the entire week. No lifting :/ opprotunity. So I'm going tomorrow to a new gym in small nice town and will go 4 days straight then rest all next week I suppose.

I may two-a-day for the hell of it.  :highfive: me

Seems like you bench a whole lot. Do you ever OHP? Once I started OHP for a while, which is after getting the lift strong enough,  I added weight onto my bench. You may need to do seated because of your foot.

Nice Track times.  :ibjumping:

Are you sure?  I put it on whatever the hardest setting is and had to be 100% perfect. If you are detected on hardest levelf of the game, you will die by gunfire in 2seconds.
