I'm reading through t-nation articles about the subject...

http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/front_squats_made_easier

Any other advice? I have very long forearms so the bar would have to sit in the middle of my neck if it is to stay on the fingers... but I'm also unflexible in the upperbody.

So who knows what my problems are.

I wonder what was his jump.

I always wonder that as well. I reckon you'd see some ridiculous jumps if these guys trained for it.

Probably 50 inches or so, especially as a small and light guy.

Anybody care to upload a copy?

Does it have to be "beast" beautiful squats or it could be light ones as well?

If you can do strong front squats then you know how to recruit the quads out of the hole (and the glutes).

yes. IMO, problem here is weak BW. :wowthatwasnutswtf:

you get our of this twig mode, you will improve your squat ratio and potentially be more explosive.

This^^^

You're already probably very high in terms of neural efficiency and movement efficiency in the squat so... getting up in bodyweight should help at this point.

But you're still PRing so...

Interesting that he noted "hip thrusts" there. I'm becoming a very big fan of them the more experience I have with them.
