to really get my torso upright - i make sure that my chest faces to the front while i really shove my hips forward (while unbending my quads to get up).

IMO it shouldn't take long to get where you want to get considering that you don't need to jump that high to dunk and being tall with long levers tends to amplify whatever strength you have.

Haha good stuff, I get the same thing when I really push through my chinups and pullups - I might get an extra rep at the price of losing 3 or 4 in the next set so... I kinda stop when the speed drops quite a bit.

I mean last time (a few days ago) I got 10-6-4 totaling 20 reps... after I finished my 10 rep set I was like "Getting over 20 reps? haha, it's going to be easy".

i want to see scooby, hyperdunk and seifullaaaaaaah in a gym together for a group workout. who will make the first move toward following advice given to them on here and DOING AN ACTUAL EXERCISE?

i'll be taking bets.

seifullaah at 2:1
hyperdunk at 7:2
scooby at 12:1

tell me what advice should i take.  steven-miller tells me one thing, lancests tells me something else, raptor vag acole tells me something else.  and none of these ppl know the exact condition of my knee.  so i decided that wide stance full squats are the best b/c it doesn't hurt my knee at all.

Follow HarveyM and get surgery.

101 vs 97 = big difference.

256 cm reach is about right for your height. Nightfly here is 6'5 and has a reach of 253cm, or 100 inches.

Anyway, you need ~28-30 inches to dunk cleanly, if you have big hands you're most likely on the 28 inch side of that spectrum, if you can't palm the ball you're on the 30-32 inch side of it.
