That's because that movement is not engrained and automatic. You need to improve the movement efficiency for that movement (more volume and or higher frequency).

You should use a much wider grip on the barbell when doing snatches. As wide as needed for the bar to sit in the hip crease when standing up.

Those rep max calculators are very very hit or miss at anything over a 5rm, estimating 1rm from a 10rm is a crap shoot at best so I wouldnt read too much into those.

Barbell Avishek drops - you drop from 40 inches with a 1RM loaded barbell on your back, go full (none of this sissy "quick jumping" depth jumps - go full OR ELSE) and jump up. It really loads up the legs nicely.

^ i was a road bike cyclist in my teens. built big legs with low cadence and the big gears. only way i think anybody can do a mid-high 40s SVJ is to be at low-mid 160s while pause full squatting high400s/low 500s.. at 5-6%BF...

so yes.. ~ 3BW athletic squat max thats not really a grinding rep.. more like a very explosive start with a bar speed decay thats slow enough so that when the bar speed comes to a halt, the rep is already at top lockout.

There's that guy who squats high bar and has ~500 lbs at ~160-170 lbs bodyweight... he's on the beast thread but I can't find him.
