Sucks but in a way, might be a blessing in disguise. If your a bit overtrained or fatigued, taking a little break from all this you might rebound with a :personal-record: really soon.

I was wondering if I use Lance's method every day... stopping when the rep I'm doing is significantly lower than the previous one, if it's too much or if it's OK.

I plan on using two sets and do this every day (morning):

Low volumes of snatch/clean (3x3)

Lance method, 2 sets with 45s rest in between them:

Squat + Overhead Press + Chinups (Monday - Wednesday - Friday)
Deadlift + Bench press + Pullups (Tuesday and Thursday)

Core work/stretch

It should not be too long of a workout and not too draining since I stop as soon as I rep slower/more difficult. Rep range will be 5-8.

I plan to do this in conjunction with Joel Smith's program, with Joel's Program happening in the evening.

I'm going to start to do this since tomorrow :D

Not sure what my right knee will think about it but...

Hm, makes sense. Basically as the serotonin is let a bit more in between the neurons to actually help in creating synapses, I think the "normal" way of the nervous system is easily obtained/maintained (basically the main idea with SSRIs).

I'm currently taking Trittico, Neurotop (carbamazepine, this is usually prescribed for epilepsy but I don't have such a thing so WTF?) and a sleep helper (Imovane).

I think it depends on how you attach it.

I attach it from behind the heel towards the middle of the foot. You can also attach it from your toes inside your foot.

5529
Would you say anti-stress or "psycho" meds (like SSRIs) would help or negate my gains?

sick, nightfly has his whole arm over the rim on some of those. that dude raptor taught how to squat has some sick hops too.

I told him to make a log here. He's at 120x2 right now in terms of squatting.

Pistons definitely. I also need to work on the lower leg more and get a bit lighter, I still haven't got under 80 kg at 1.82m height.

5533
What if I want to stop squatting for a while? How to maintain that strength without going to the gym (and paying a lot of money)?

I'd like to stop squatting for a month or two, just to give my body some recovery time, I feel like I need it, my shoulders hurt immensly, sometimes I can't even raise my arms properly because of the accumulated pain from low bar squatting and the pressure it puts on my arms, and just in general - I need to recover for a while and not squat at all.

My thinking is use some KB swings and focus on the core more (since I suck so hard at it anyway) and play ball, maybe do some plyos if anything.

I have no idea. Maybe. Probably. Is one rep at ~95% that hard every day?

why don't you just do a daily max (no grinders)? much better imho!

Good idea^^^
