Well ill have you know i squatted 100kg x 6 the other day. Somethings going on with my body. It doesn’t make sense than i can barely put on strength for years

Ever since covid hit, i never bounced back. The gyms closed and i understandably lost a strength until me and my neighbors put some workout equipment in the basement. Im in my early 30’s, i should still be able to put up 4 plates for reps. Not 2. And when covid hit i was in my late 20s, so i really should have bounced back then even if i cant in my 30s

Seeing you still put up crazy numbers reminds me it’s not over for me yet. I just have to figure it out

that is weird, man! have you seen a doctor? you were quite strong back in the day, could be all kinds of physiological reasons for a long-term limitation like that. anemia, low testosterone, maybe hypothyroidism?

Probably low test. I should get it tested as well as my thyroid, good idea. Changed up my diet recently and getting more sunlight. Lots of healthy fats like olive oil, good quality raw milk and fresh cream, lamb meat/fat. Watermelon and sunflower seeds. Seems to be helping for now, making steady progress and feeling excited to lift in the manner where you know you will be stronger than last workout
