Without looking like one of the 7 dwarfs of snow white?  You know look like a baby in diapers with a super fat ass.  And i don't want to work on any uppers tbh.... I just want to look like an olympic hurdler, because I think that physique is the best for having sick speed/vertical.

You will be suprised to know that squat is not only a lower body workout, it also works the core for stabilization and such.
I will say what someone on here told me when I was worried about turning into a body builder "It takes long dedicated training and steroids to get a huge body and eating strictly".
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

I think everyone misunderstood what i meant.  I want to have literally no muscles for upper body and super lean muscles for lower body.

That way it is very easy to split the defense.  Kind of like how the olympic hurdlers are.

as is often the case, i can't tell whether you're trolling. erring on the side of generosity...that's not a thing, dude. that sentence makes as much sense as avishek's in my signature.

Also I don't want to have such bad anterior pelvic tilt to look like a duck almost like some of the strong lower body people.

foolproof guide

STAGE 1: stop lifting, -600 calorie deficit with no protein for a year = lose all your muscle and fat
STAGE 2: rebuild some basic strength and minimal muscle mass with lower body compound movements for 2 months
STAGE 3: Avoid hypertrophy by lifting high intensity/low rep and submax lifts for bar speed, some isometrics in important athletic positions for 4 months
STAGE 4: 4 months of plyos/sprints
STAGE 5: swag on everyobody by being an ATHLetic BEAEST
