You guys failed to understand what I was getting at.

Humans have the ability to decompress there spines too.

What happens during decompression?.

Go back to Reply #18.

One bilateral jump takes about 10 times the effort I need to jump off one leg. Totally ineffective, in terms of everything else than force (slower speeds, worse leverages, harder on joints (yes, the one leg jump is smooth and without that much joint shock, in the bilateral jump there's a HUGE perpendicular to the ground (more or less) BRUTAL SHOCK in a successful DLVJ), more effort needed and so on and so forth).

You people need to start bouncing around instead of walking and running if two footed stuff is such a good and efficient movement.

stop trying to act like sickenin vendetta.

what you just said is stupid, let's please stop comparing humans to cheetahs and horses.

the amount of time and force you can produce during a single leg SVJ is much worse than with two legs.. the human body works the way it does because it's fucking meant too.

sickenin vendetta is making this forum fucking retarded with his horseshit, no pun intended.

How can the observation that the cheetah can artificially "lengthen" its limbs by flexion / extension of the spine be conveyed to human running? That only works when sprinters would suddenly decide to use their arms to run as well.

because humans run on all fours, or something.........................................................  :uhhhfacepalm:

perhaps we should look at an animal which locomotes (lmao) in the standing position.. such a a kangaroo.. brb sprinting bilaterally.
