Would help to have a 3/4 angle (can't really see how stable your knees are there). They look fine from that angle, though. On the last one you started to shoot your hips before your chest, but only a little bit. Just think about driving your chest up.

Not parallel, if you're into that kind of thing.

I cannot film from a 3/4 angle, that column is in the way.

When am I above parallel?

But it took me like 3 minutes to find my own post , and also it was posted in your away-from-forum time so its fine... :D

Riki-oh rulezzzzzzzz!!!

Check the other trailers in this thread im linking above , hilarious!

I think I have seen that thread before, I guess I just forgot.

Anyway, Riko-Oh is worthy of its own thread.

This movie looks quite ridiculous. I have only seen clips like that on youtube, but the whole movie is up there. Has anyone here watched the whole thing?

Welcome!

As Rip said, most of the information is geared towards speed and power athletes, but much of it is still applicable to those seeking to gain mass.

jeezus at that depth, i could hit 205x5 too.

try squatting in waffle racers, tell me what happens to your depth.

How do waffle racers mess with your depth?

they force you into more dorsiflexion, picture an oly squat shoe, then picture the opposite of that (elevated forefoot instead of heel).

I see.

Your knees are far enough forward that you could squat deeper with no problem though.
