the last tub i had was cookies and cream, mixed with milk it was just super.
i got myself choc this time. already got a tub of vanilla gainer type mix from proteinfactory, i credit it as the biggest factor in my weight gain from 63 to 69kg.
protein powders are a godsend to me, i just cant find enough protein food, as asian diets are generally heavy on rice, and i cant cook to save my life.

I hope someone's working with her on that squat form, though... yikes.
Word to the "hips back" thing being the wrong cue. A better way is just to think about keeping the bar in one vertical plane, not letting it shift forward or back throughout the movement. You end up moving your butt back by default, but the goal is to get the weight down and up, everything else is secondary to that.

ok so, briefly, im at my house with a gatlin gun (huge machine gun), and cops are surrounding my house.. so i started offing them like terminator, then i take off on foot, in a battle with them for miles.. until i reach some parking garage.. and im running out of ammo.. then i just wake up.
was pretty crazy though.

i'm going to add weight next time.. 10 lb plate in my backpack @ 400 each leg..
