double unders x25 (plus other jump rope)

bench 3x5x185 -- nice and fast
BOR 3x8x135 -- same
cool down

Jumps were quite low (~28-29") but considering the fact that tonight was the first time I've jumped at all in over two months, I feel okay about that. Legs were reasonably sore, too.
