For a semi healthy adult average height and weight.....

I'm not going to say I'm at Kingfish heart level of 45 bpm and taking 600 mg of caffeine.

I take about 500mg per day and that might be too much. Weight at about 183 lb.

My resting heart rate has always been around 60-70 bpm with or without caffeine....

without caffeine you just wanna eat and sleep sometimes when you totally go cold turkey.

USA's "lockdown" is no where near as efficient or enforced as some other countries. China the totalitarian country for instance even made a lady strip to her underwear and stand in middle of neighborhood so everyone could laugh at her from their windows, because she was breaking some lockdown rules there.

Other countries lock downs though less extreme to chinas lockdown were also enforced more. In the USA theres been many house parties happening during lockdown period with post to social media live and no repercussions at all, cause the law is so limited in the USA and thats partly due to system flaws AND the semi disgenuine activists against police brutality, that have some slight alterior motives, like for example, if i was a criminal or gangster i would obviously want the least amount of authority given to the police. So i'd be in the same camp as the genuine people that actually care about human rights and try to blend in.

some wondering if the USA should follow Swedens model of no lock downs.

Lol, do not do it. We're NOT as orderly as the scandanavians nor disciplined and intelligent enough as a whole to do this shit. Even with a lockdown you have wannabe tough guys doing goofy stuff like licking the floor of a grocery store to show they are not afraid of covid, lol!

2.5k US deaths today.

man this shit ramping back up.. and we're talking about dismantling the cv19 task force, re-opening everything, re-opening schools etc.. all w/o proper testing, ppe, etc.

THIS COUNTRY IS FUCKING RETARDED.

yeah and just shows how this country has become so weak in terms of ability to handle pain/discomfort, be disciplined, and more....

Was being sarcastic but i've always wondered what these organizations actually accomplish.

organizations this big obviously cost a lot of money with the buildings, structure etc they have but WHAT HAVE THEY ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED? Their job is the health of the world. They did the EXACT opposite when they were most needed. this pic was like early February, this guy RAN to the CCP dictator like a SERVANT.

apparently his own well-being is more important than 7 billion other humans, lol

Just take a look at their Twitter:

https://twitter.com/WHO

non-stop spam like teaching preschoolers how to wash hands, wipe ass, brush teeth, just some bullshit to create some content and not make it look empty. and theyll say "oh this accounted for 10m of that 2000 million usd funding we got"

Haven't squat in several weeks. Haven't done much cardio.

Have been having rashes that itch, i used to get it 5 years ago the same thing, but now getting rashes again, strange.

Very short on money and very behind on work. I owe my aunt at least 30 hours of web coding work which still needs to be done for our business.

Was just half asleep for many hours this weekend. not cool.

also how do we even know every # of deaths was due to Coronavirus?

there isn't really proof. the doctor said it themselves that most sick people are just being classified as "corona" without even being tested!

out of billions plenty of people die from corona symptoms each year.... this was before corona19 existed

this whole republican vs democrat thing in USA seems to be about

God of the Bible a book made by the ancient Romans and Jews  Vs.  Democrats who are more about science and proof.

Honestly I think Democrats are correct in their ideology but are just so incompetent and goofy.

You couldn't get a democrat to throw a rock in a pond, he'll make an excuse on why he screwed up!
