Canelo vs Fielding easy win for canelo, who knew fielding was soo sensitive to the body punches.

 :gtfo:

A really bad match. I would like to see canelo vs jacobs next at 160 or vs ggg 3.
Canelo basically just took a title free for the taking.

hah. sometimes it's ok to take a weaker fight tho. canelo has been in his fair share of enormous fights. i'll cut him some slack :D

but ya man, canelo vs jacobs would be very interesting. Jacobs is no joke, he's a legit threat to Canelo, and probably alot bigger -> Jacobs is bigger than GGG come fight night.

But because of this he has added a championship in another weight class. He should have fought someone tough to make him work for that belt but unfortunately he luckily managed to find a weak person with a title.

dela hoya doesn't want none of jacobs for canelo, even though they eventually will have to do it.

BW: 64kg
Soreness: none

Condition: It was sooo cold and the wind was very strong. I didn't have a cold anymore but just a chesty cough, you know when you inhale, you hear the congested wind tract near the chest. So I had to make sure I didn't get involved in a high intensity workout where I may get tired, so did low but in strong bursts.

Warm up
   ankle mobility
   calf stretch dynamic
   dynamic hamstring stretch
   quad stretch
   glute bridges double and single
high knee hip holds at 50kg w/ thigh strap on cable
   back stretch

Treadmill runs @15% incline at 18km/h for a few seconds

Track warm up
   a walk
   a skip
   a run
   alternating high knee drills

Track workout
   2 x 10m sprint starts
   1 x 30m acceleration sprints

Gym
   3 x 5 bench press @30kg

standing vertical jumps at 22-23 inches

Cool down
   stretch
   walk back

Comment
It was very cold and wind was strong, so I had my coat on and would take off coat 3 times before going back in. Workout was OK no explosiveness obv but motion and power was there.

Theresa may survives confidence vote of 200 to 117. Back to the negotiation table, where she completely is basically screwing the UK over favoring the EU just for the fact of getting brexit done.

But her reputation has still been damaged because of the bad brexit deal and the government being in contempt of hiding fine details of the brexit detail.

so yeh the brexit deal is not working.

if you have a fever, rest! your body is telling you to rest! it's okay to miss training! recovery>*

back on that unintentional poetry kick:

It was cold and windy
with a spray like rain but with a little
bigger rain drops.

As I entered I felt a little
sore in the chest, which
turned out to be a cold,
when I came back home.

I have skipped thursday and will skip tomorrow until I feel I have energy and less congested chest. Tuesday was like a start of the cold so i felt I could do it.

Still pulling out poetry unintentionally lol.

solid session for having the flu, lol. damn!

recover quick man!

thanks man.  :highfive:

Damn man. Sry to hear about that.

I know that telling someone to stop drinking is easier said by us than it is possible to do by you. so that is not really good advice.

You have potential to be great in the 100m, looking at the 100m flys you did, you were constant in getting average 12.7. You can definitely run 11.8s if you run now and if you train to push that I don't see why you shouldn't be able to get close to 11.2 - 11.3. But drinking may block that goal.

This year is almost over, before it is over, weigh out your options and see what you want to get rid of from your life and how you can get a better alternative. So you can enter the new year with a plan on where you want to be, who you want to be and how to get there.

I don't know what you think about attending counseling sessions or AA meetings, don't know how effective they are but I guess it helps you open up on your problems. Also may help with distraction.

I have no experience in this so I hope I have been helpful but knowing you and the work you put in day in and day out working hard for what you love, especially the grueling sport of rugby (which imo is my least favorite sport because of a bad time in high school of standing in winter cold raining with shorts in one spot while others they play and fall on the floor, I even asked the coach to quit but he said that was not an option lol), but you are a tough guy and overcoming this will not be difficult for you.

pc

EDIT: cute kid, use him as a motivation. Be the father you would have liked to have when you were a kid.

I was watching the highlights of jose pedraza vs gervonta davis.

gervonta kinda reminds of adrien broner early in his career, he is powerful but pedraza is soo slick.

Funny watching the "roasting theresa may" parliamentary session, which is happening live because of brexit and you get these people jeering and the speaker calling out the names of the people allowed to question and possibly roast her lol.

brexit vote not going according to plan and the people in theresa's own goverment don't have confidence and they want her to resign lol. but she is fighting all questions as she should but whether the answers are satisfactory is another question.

her job is on the line if she can't gain there confidence.

also it's funny when I found out the betting odds of the replacement lol.

Hot on the Old Etonian’s heels is former Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab, who quit the Government in July, with Skybet, William Hill, Betfair and Paddypower putting the potential contender at 6/1.

IMO she should step down, she failed the country and failed to get a brexit deal.

Soreness: entire body
BW: 142.8lbs

Condition: It was mildy cold outside and a little windy. I was suffering from a cold/flu since sunday night slight hint but now it's in full motion. entire body sore, chest infection and high fever, which you can feel it getting hotter the higher it goes. So it was a low intensity session, didn't want to miss out so just did some low set low rep work.

Warm up
   ankle mobility
   calf stretch
hamstring stretch lying and on bench
   quad stretch
   single leg glute bridge
   single leg hip thrusts
high knee hip holds w/ 50kg weight x 20 sec each leg
   back stretch
treadmill run 15% incline at 12kmph testing out the waters before going to 23kmph at that inclination, so far easy I was too close to the control board, so will have to get a bit back x 10-20 seconds

Workout
   Jump Squats
      - 1 x 5 @bw - really light and explosive obv
      - 2 x 5 @30kg - comfortable

   Bulgarian Split Squats
      - 1 x 4 each leg @bw
      - 1 x 4 each leg @20kg dumbbells in each hand
      - 2 x 1 each leg @40kg dumbbells in each hand

   Normal Squat
      - 1 x 3 @30kg

   Prayer break 20min

   Single leg calf raises
      - 1 x 5 each leg @bw
      - 2 x 5 each leg @40kg

   Single bent leg reverse hypers
      - 2 x 3 @30kg

Cool down
   stretch
   walk back

Comment
Low energy because of cold/fever so did light session. Body sore and I am lighter than I have been in a while. BSS was difficult to do 1 rep but it was done no rest between legs except for last set. when I get better will jump to 35kg dumbbells with low reps 40kg dumbbells at the end. Reverse hypers was difficult because of resting on my stomach/hips, which does not help with sickness. calf raises was comfortable.

Lomachenko vs pedraza was an ok fight. they both are quick and flashy but lomachenko was more accurate with his hits especially in the 11th round, how pedraza was ducking and dodging and lomachenko still landing the power shots.

So pedraza was better than I thought but lomachenko was just the better fight.

but his fighting style he demonstrated would not do well against a heavy puncher, like gervonta davis, it would be like malignaggi vs broner, but a power puncher lomachenko with the flashy combos would help. With what I saw mikey would not see a threat unless we see more from loma.

kell brook fight was waste of time, couldn't take zerafa out. so meh.
