GMB called for an active recovery day. shook off a great deal of a rust, great deal more to shake off. but got up a bit of a sweat and it's a beautiful evening. was down 3-4 to my buddy before he had to scoot.

also, he's only playing 34-35 minutes per game. it's like steph last year where his numbers were silly but he was often only playing three quarters.

not gonna log full workouts because no fair giving away a sold program for free.

per the recommendation, did not push myself too hard. still broke a sweat. learning new movements is tough! and fun. never been able to do a cartwheel and after today there is no doubt in my mind that i'll be able to do a decent one in either direction pretty quickly (barring injury touch wood).

a suggestion, not a new one: stop thinking about your bodyweight at all. no more targets. focus on being the basketball player you want to be, and eating nutritious food, and let the rest flow from that.

I'm not thinking about bodyweight. 73kg corresponds to the leanest ive been in a while, nothing more nothign less. It's the bf% at 73kg i was/am referring to..

then i amend my suggestion to: stop thinking about your bf%.

i'm partial to a plain black solid foam roller. had a tp therapy orange one too and it was fine. rumble roller too spiky for me.

tbh i never felt like i got that much out of any of them.

knees bugging a tiny bit at the end but only for a few minutes during shivasana.

i've also found hollow body holds to be surprisingly hard. great exercise.
