^^^ What he said. Why would you spend so much money when there's a much, much cheaper option?

EDIT: I had forgotten the heavy metals discussion from last summer but went back and looked... I don't remember why I singled those two out but I assume it's because when I looked around they had the highest heavy metal content. Or something like that. But again, I wouldn't worry about it too much. If that's what's standing between you and Muscle Milk, go ahead and flush that money right down the toilet.

my guess is an ingrown armpit hair. used to get them all the time when my armpit hair was first coming in 10-12 years ago. hurts like a bitch and you get that nice lymph node lump.

foam roll

40/30/20/10 squat/crunch/push up(/2) ladder -- short and easy, just to get blood flowing a little bit

stretch

where's the ADARQ (TM) format wtf?????

Wasn't planning to use it for random SMR/stretching/cardio days, but maybe I should...

Why are you squatting so light lately? An injury i missed or getting back from xmas off?
Checked fast a few pages back but didn't find anything...

Injured hip mildly after I got my new squatting shoes, so I rested a bit, backed way off and went back to higher reps to try to get the tissues conditioned properly before I get back into heavier stuff.

Vag you are my favorite journaler on here (other than myself, of course). Because everyone else seems to be competing toward something, I want to race you to 36". We can both do it this year, for sure. So let's do it.

Thanks man , i appreciate it a lot.
Must be a bond from the adarq.org retro days , when the only consistent active journalers were you , me , adarq and nba8340.
I am not into races but that sounds fun , i'm 1-2'' ahead but also 10-something years older.
Im on anyway , hope we don't both fail to get there , LOL!!!

Yeah, that's pretty much what I was thinking. You got a head start (more like 2-2.5") but I got young (ish) legs.

I can't believe how many journals are on here now...

-depth jumps 3x5

-depth drops 4x3

- ME MR halftuck: 5 x 5
was feeling sluggish so skipped. i'm so retarded. i know the solution but i don't do it.

- ME MR pogo: 3 x 5
same

- JUMP SQUAT: 2 x 3 (30%)
60,60

- SQUAT 3x8x175
felt fantastic, oddly

+8 x15,15,10 -- one more than last time, it's okay

- S1: pullups @ 3 x AF
8,8,6

- OPTIONAL: CORE (Y/N?)

someone at the courts did this balance push to someone else, and then made him put the bracelet on and did the same thing and balance was better.  i'm guessing his 2nd push was much softer and the dude planted his feet sturdier.  and then some people concluded that it has to do with some type of magnetic properties in the magnet or hologram

wrong, it's due to the magnetism of one's chi and quantum physics can explain it, it has to do with nano electrons and electron passing.

sorry, heathen. you're going to hell.

gonna start using the adarq format. want to keep better track of that other stuff. and having to write down diet, even if it's just like, "adequate today," or whatever, will help.

Mine's should be "have sex with someone/something else than own hand". Whatever. :ninja:
