For a person that has excess body fat, is it more advantageous to be top heavy or bottom heavy when starting out?

Example: Person A and person b are both fatass with 30% body fat.

A is top heavy, b is bottom heavy.  Who will make better progress based on given info.

What the fuck are you talking about? Progress on what? What info do you think you've provided there? Wait, wait, sorry, I've got it. Bottom heavy. No, wait, top heavy. Definitely top heavy, because once they start lifting weights, the top-heavy persons legs will have been stronger to begin with because they're farther from the ground, so their legs had to fight gravity more. Definitely that.

Rip wasn't on the Wizards in 02-03. In the one year he and Jordan played together, 01-02, Rip shot 41% from the field and 28% from three and had almost a 1:1 assist/TO ratio. So yeah, definitely the kind of player you want to be building a team around.

What is it you do for a living?

I work in international development. The programs I manage deal primarily with disaster risk reduction and humanitarian assistance, so, for example, responding comprehensively to the flooding in Pakistan. Although if you ask adarq, I'm a spy for the CIA.

DIET = fine, more veggies than usual because half the people made salad for the staff meeting/pot luck at work today

Gym was a complete waste. I was at work til 8:20 so didn't get to the gym until 9, then realized that the worthless, snivelling old fucks were having their weekly game so I couldn't use the court. I am terrible at improvising in the gym, once thrown from my planned workout I'm lost. So I did some SMR, shot the shit with a guy I'm gonna take snatch lessons from sometime soon, who has all the SMR toys imaginable. Then once the fucks stopped playing, I did some sprinter's warm ups and did 5 sprints. They felt great, light and fast. Then I tried one jump and slipped, got pissed and at that point it was 9:45, the gym was closing in 15 minutes and I called it a night.

You left handed? One of the owners of my gym was a pro rugby player who retired and then came to the US, where he promptly made the US National Team (shows you how good we are at rugby...we get other people's retirees...). Point is, he can still one-handed snatch 135 so easily, it's ridiculous. Such a badass move. Nice work.
